Art classes!

We started offering art classes in 2009, we plan on expanding them in 2012! Feed your creative soul with a workshop - Drawing, painting, photography manipulation, and printing classes are on the books. Collage, writing & personal goal setting classes are in the works. Friday, February 3rd - Julie LoRusso is a treasure hunter and trend setting jewelry designer. She combines vintage brooches and earrings with beautiful semi-precious gemstones and genuine cultured pearls to make one-of-kind statement pieces. Most necklaces are designed so you can wear them in more than one way and from day to evening.

Friday, March 2, from 5:00 - 8:00 PM - Meet Grace Napoleon of Folk Couture as she presents her line of upcycled clothes redesigned from remnants and old favorites. Grace Napoleon of Folk Couture makes clothes out of clothes - hand-stitched, one of kind and wonderful...just like the women who wear them! Meet our resident artists and enjoy the newest art & artisan offerings along with a tasty snack. Grace's trunk show contiues Saturday.

Grace will also be having a Recycle your closet workshop Sunday March 4, 1-3:30pm. You can make your own Folk Couture piece with Grace's help on Sunday. Just bring 3-4 pieces of clothing you are willing to cut up...Grace brings the scissors, needles, thread, buttons and scraps...and in a couple of hours you will leave with a brand new "folk couture inspired" piece of your very own $50 per person...sign up with a friend (or 2) and save 10%.
